The organ in the parish church of Bischoffsheim was built in the years 1846-1848 by the firm Stiehr-Mockers. It is a three-manual organ with 37 stops. The original front pipes were requisitioned in 1917. Franz Kriess installed new zinc pipes in 1921. Over time, the disposition has been modified, but most of the organ has been preserved in its original condition. Gaston Kern restored the organ in 1991-1992 in collaboration with Yves Koenig under the advice of Marc Schaefer. On April 5, 1992 Marc Schaefer played the inauguration concert.
