- In 1747 Johann Georg Rohrer built a three manual organ for the Cistercian abbey church of Neuburg. The monastery was abolished at the end of the eighteenth century. In 1804 the organ was transferred by Joseph Stiehr to the Église Saint-Nicolas in Haguenau. Here it replaced an organ from 1730, possibly built by Philipp Hartmann.
- In 1904 the organ was rebuilt by Franz Kriess into a two manual instrument with pneumatic action. The case of the Rückpositiv was no longer used, and stayed empty.
- In 1961, the Haerpfer-Erman company built a three-manual organ with mechanical action in the old organ cases, partly re-using the available material. On November 26, 1961, Marie-Claire Alain played the dedicational concert. However, the rebuilt instrument soon showed many malfunctions and could no longer be played around 1980.
- In 1986 Daniel Kern was commissioned to build a new organ again in the old case. This work was dedicated on April 12, 1987 with a concert by André Stricker. In 1999 the Quinte 2 2/3' of the Grand Orgue was replaced by an original Gemshorn from Stiehr, from the stock of Kern.
