In 1962 the Klais firm built a three-manual organ for the Sankt Lambertuskirche in Düsseldorf, and a smaller organ on the choir of the church. Both Klais organs in the Lambertuskirche could be played from one console. The main organ was replaced in 1998 by a new instrument from Rieger. A new choir organ was installed by Rieger in 2004. The old main organ was sold to the Sankt Bartholomäuskirche in Bielefeld-Senne. It was overhauled and rebuilt by Friedrich Kampherm. A largely new organ case has been made, a setzer with 256 combinations has been added and a new console has been placed.
