The organ in the Sankt Josephkirche in Frankenholz is an instrument by the Gebrüder Späth from 1950. It replaced a much smaller organ that was built around 1840 for the Sankt Hildegardkirche in Sankt Ingbert. This was a small instrument with six registers, which had been installed in Frankenholz in 1934. The new organ has two manuals and a pedal with 21 registers.
