In 1886 Louis Voit built a small organ to the Sankt Caroluskirche in Neusatz. It was constructed for the previous church building. After the erection of the current, larger church, the instrument was transferred in 1911 without modifications. The organ had nine stops on one manual and pedal. In 1986 it was restored by the company Späth and expanded with a second manual to an organ with 22 stops. During the renovation, a new windchest was placed in the pedal. The compass was expanded from C-d' to C-f'. The windchests of the manuals are cone chests, the pedal has a slider chest.
