In 1913 bouwde T.C. Lewis een orgel voor de kerk van Saint Mary aan Bourne Street in Londen. Het instrument verving een orgel van Walker uit 1875, waarvan pijpwerk is overgenomen. In 1928 herbouwde de firma Willis het instrument. Er werd door hen een Chancel Division gepland, maar dit is nooit geplaatst. In 1984 werkte Noel Mander aan het orgel. In 2005-2006 is het geheel gerestaureerd en opnieuw geïntoneerd door Harrison & Harrison.
