In memory of Cyril Earnshaw, priest of the church from 1942 to 1966, a new organ was inaugurated in Saint Wilfrid Parish Church in Ripon on 11 November 1970. The console is located downstairs on the church floor, while the organ is placed in the organ attic on the west side of the church.
