Edith Weston's church houses a historic chamber organ by Samuel Green. It was built in 1787 for a private individual in London. In 1842 it was purchased for Edith Weston Hall. Richard Lucas donated the organ to the church in 1867. It was restored in 1987 by Goetze & Gwynn. The organ is installed in a swell box.
