De Sankt Antoniuskirche aan de westkant van Frankfurt werd gebouwd in 1899-1900. Het gebouw brandde volledig uit als gevolg van bombardementen op 22 maart 1944. Na de oorlog is de kerk zeker gesteld. Pas in 1963 was de herbouw voltooid. De firma Gebr. Späth plaatste hierna een nieuw orgel in de kerk, dat in 1965 in gebruik is genomen. Adviseur bij de bouw was Richard Giez.
