In 1996 the Vleugels company built a new organ in the historic organ case of Anton Bayr from 1762 in the Benediktinerabteikirche in Schäftlarn. Consultant was Michael Hartmann. The organ is designed in a baroque style that matches the case. The original Bayr organ had two manuals and pedal and twenty stops. However, the interior was demolished in 1910. Albert Schönle installed a new organ with pneumatic cone chests behind the facade. It had two manuals and pedal and 23 stops. This instrument was replaced in 1996. The new organ was dedicated on October 13, 1996. Michael Hartmann and Edgar Krapp played the dedicational concert.
