- In 1967 Friedrich Meier built a choir organ for the Assumption Church of Deggendorf. The console was on the choir on the church floor, the organ itself in an arc above the choir. It had two manuals and a free pedal. The instrument was connected to the main organ, which was completed in 1970. The choir organ was played from the fourth manual of this organ.
- The organ was demolished in 2018. Vleugels built a new choir organ, which is placed on the church floor. They took the old organ and, after a conversion, placed it in the church on the Vogelsburg near Volkach am Main in 2024. It was consecrated today on 28 April 2024. Gregor Frede played the consecration concert.
