In 1955 Anton Schwenk completed a large new organ for the Margaretenkirche in Sendling. The instrument was restored in 2001/2002 by Johannes Führer. In addition, a new console has been placed. The second manual was placed as an Echo work in a swell box. Furthermore, various stops of the Schwellwerk have been modified and some new reeds have been placed. Consultant was Friedemann Winklhofer. Karl-Heinz Vater played the inaugurational concert on July 21, 2002.
