- The organ in the Saint-Georges church in Grez was originally a two-manual instrument, built in 1668 by Jan Bremser for the Couvent des Augustines de Terbank in Heverlee. It was purchased in 1784 for Grez, where a new church building was erected in the years 1760-1772.
- In 1873 the organ was worked on by Martin Drijvers. It is not clear whether the second (treble?) keyboard had already disappeared by then. The stop list was adapted to the taste of the time. Drijvers installed a Bourdon 16', the bass of the Montre 8' and furthermore the registers Viole de Gambe 8', Flûte Harmonique 8' and Euphone 8', as well as a Tremulant. The windchest was renewed and a new free-standing console was installed. Augustin Verhulst reparied the organ around 1900. This builder placed a label with his name next to the keyboard. In 1977 Salomon Eyckmans overhauled the organ.
