Het orgel in de kerk van Rye is in 1891 gebouwd door Norman & Beard. Het werd in 1901 in Rye geplaatst. Het oude orgel uit Rye is in 1904 overgeplaatst naar Playden. In 1911 kreeg het orgel een nieuwe plaats in de kerk, en werd er een fraaie orgelkas gemaakt. In de loop van de tijd zijn enkele registers toegevoegd. Zo werd de Trombone 16' van het pedaal in 1983 geplaatst, na een schenking te nagedachtenis aan John Edward Russell Williams, vicar in Rye van 1965 tot 1981.
