In de Saint Anne-kathedraal te Belfast stond een drieklaviers orgel van Harrison & Harrison uit 1907. Dit instrument stond aan de oostzijde van het zuidelijke schip. Adviseurs bij de bouw waren John A. Young en W.H. Grindle. Het front werd ontworpen door John MacGeagh, architect van het kerkgebouw. In 1975 is het orgel afgebroken en vervangen door een nieuw instrument. Een deel van het oude pijpwerk is opnieuw gebruikt.
