- The Christ-König-Kirche in Köln-Longerich was built in 1951-1952. The church building was dedicated on May 1, 1952. In 1961 the Seifert company built an organ for this church with two manuals and pedal. The instrument was inaugurated on October 8, 1961, with a recital by Josef Zimmermann and Hermann Engels.
- The organ was restored in 1999 by the Weimbs company.
