The organ contains older material: Organ case from 1789 by Conrad Sauer
The history of this organ begins in 1789, in which year Conrad Sauer supplied an organ with 16 stops for this then new church. In 1885 Charles Wetzel renewed the bellows and further placed a Salicional 8' on a free slide. In 1905 the company Gebr. Link constructed a new organ (opus 439), that theyt installed inside the case from 1789. This organ was replaced in the years 2004-2007 by a completely new organ, built by the firm Thomas. Consultant was Christian Lutz. The new instrument was put into use on September 28, 2007 with a concert by Bernard Foccroulle.
