The Sint Genoveva Church in Zussen was built in 1867-1869. The church's previous organ, built by Emile Verschueren, was lost in 1958 when part of the church collapsed. The church was rebuilt in the years 1967-1968. Stephan Schumacher built a new organ in 1967. The consultant during the construction was Paul Nolens from Liège. The organ was built behind a late nineteenth-century facade. This is attributed to Pereboom & Leijser, with the year of construction being 1869. The old organ was restored in 1951 by Emile Verschueren.
