- The organ of the Marktkirche in Lage was built in 1707, probably by Johann Fincke. In 1947 Emil Hammer expanded it with a positive in the gallery. The organ was rebuilt by Emil Hammer in 1964.
- A restoration was needed around 2000, because the organ case began to tilt forward. The Paschen company carried out the work in 2005/2006. New manuals have also been placed and parts of the action and wind supply have been renewed. Finally, the pipework has been re-voiced.
