In 1850-1851, Christian Friedrich Göthel built a new organ for the church of Thalheim, with 21 stops on two manuals and pedal. The organ case has been preserved, but the interior was replaced by a new organ of Jehmlich in 1923. The prospect was enlarged with two side fields. The instrument was restored in 2020 by Groß Orgelbau.
