In 1902 bouwde Josef Korble een orgel voor de kerk van Litomyšl. Het instrument had twee manualen en een vrij pedaal, en was geplaatst in een fraaie neogotische orgelkas. Eind twintigste eeuw restaureerde Vladimír Grygar het orgel en werd het uitgebreid met een Pozitiv en een Bombardwerk. Het orgel had nu 50 stemmen, verdeeld over vier klavieren en pedaal. In 2001 werd het weer in gebruik genomen.
