- Under the direction of Winnie Moermans, the company Pels-d'Hondt built a new organ for the Sint Servatiuskerk in Lanaken in 1985. The organ was dedicated on 5 and 6 October 1985. It has 21 stops on two manuals and pedal.
- In 2002 the organ was overhauled and re-voiced by Mark Nagels.
- From March 7, 2022, the municipal library will move into the building. This is a temporary situation, because of a renovation of the library building. What this means for the church is not known, nor is it known what will happen after this period.
