- The organ of the Schloßkirche Sankt Michael in Altshausen was originally built in the mid-eighteenth century. However, the interior was built in 1977 by Albert Reiser. It is a three-manual organ with 38 registers. The old instrument was originally built by Johann Michael Bihler in the years 1749-1752, but it was already extensively renovated in 1758 by Franz Xavier Gabler, and in 1765 a new organ was built in the cases by Joseph Martin. The organ was not completed by Martin, and only functioned properly after a renovation by Gottfried Maucher in 1779.
- In 1912 the Späth company built a new organ with pneumatic action and Taschenladen in the old case. As was customary at this time, the Rückpositiv was no longer used. The case of this work was preserved with only the front pipes. The organ was dedicated on October 21, 1912. Elmar Henger recommended replacing the Späth organ, after which Reiser built the current instrument. It was dedicated on September 25, 1977. In 1998 Eduard Wiedenmann carried out an overhaul.
