- In 1861 leverde de firma Walker & Sons een orgel aan de rooms-katholieke Saint Audoen's Church in Dublin. Het instrument is zonder wijzigingen bewaard gebleven. In 1970 voerde Walker een restauratie uit.
- Het kerkgebouw werd in de jaren 1841-1847 gebouwd. Architect was Patrick Byrne. Het kerkgebouw was oorspronkelijk voorzien van een koepel, maar deze stortte in 1880 in en is niet herbouwd. De kerk is sinds enkele jaren in gebruik als parochiekerk voor de Poolse gemeenschap in Dublin.
