- In 1935, Aeolian-Skinner built a new Gallery Organ and a smaller Chancel Organ at Trinity Church in New Haven. Some ranks from the previous organ of the church, built by the Hall Organ Company in 1907, were used in the construction. The organ cases from 1907 were both reused. The organ was overhauled and expanded several times after construction. A few stops are listed on the console but are not present.
- In 1978 a Tuba was placed at a higher wind pressure (13 inches). This reed stop came from the 1932 Aeolian-Skinner organ of Trinity College Chapel in Hartford. This organ was demolished in 1971. The register was installed by Thomson-Allen and was donated to the church in memory of Ruby Williams Loher.
