In 1905 bouwde de firma Telford & Telford uit Dublin een drieklaviers orgel met pneumatische kegelladen voor de kathedraal van Cobh. Het instrument werd in 1945 in een nieuwe orgelkas geplaatst met een stom front. De Irish Organ Company restaureerde het instrument in 1967, waarbij de tractuur werd geëlectrificeerd en de dispositie enigszins is gewijzigd. Ook plaatsten zij een tweede speeltafel in het schip van de kerk.
