- In 1760, a large organ was built for the Wallfahrtsbasilika in Maria Taferl by Johann Hencke. From this organ only the beautiful organ cases have been preserved. Franz Capek built a new pneumatic organ with 38 stops behind the old facades. The organ case was repainted in a brown color. The Capek organ was renewed by Karl Jehmlich in 1956.
- Wolfgang Bodem built a new organ in the years 2009-2010 with four manuals and electric action. The historic organ cases were restored and painted in their original green color.
