The Kuhn firm supplied a large organ for the Lausanne Cathedral in 1955. It was commissioned on November 13, 1955. In 2002, the American firm Fisk started building an entirely new instrument. Only a few pedal stops were taken from the Kuhn organ. It was then transferred by Zdzisław Mollin to the Philharmonie in Gdánsk, where it was put into use in a new organ case in 2004. The instrument has been revoiced by Jerzy Kukla.
