- The company Klais built a new large organ for the Münsterkerk in Konstanz in 1954/1955. The old organ case and the old front pipes have been reused. The case is placed about one and a half meters backwards. This organ case was built in 1520 by Hans Schentzer, and expanded with two side pieces in 1858 by Martin Braun. The current front pipes also date from 1858.
- In 1985 a new console was ordered from the organ workshop Fischer & Krämer in order to be able to use the new possibilities of a setzer system. In addition, a new register, a Hautbois 8', was installed in the Schwellwerk.
- Research in 2002 revealed that the Klais company took over a total of eleven stops from Braun's predecessor organ (1858), including the prospect pipes of the Principal 16'. In the course of the renovation work in 2002, a larger setzer combination system was installed and the reed stops were revoiced.
- In 2010, a new console was installed by the Klais company, which is a faithful replica of the old console from 1954/55. It is located free-standing in the middle of the gallery in front of the organ with the organist facing the organ.
