- The Von Beckerath company built a large three-manual organ for the First Presbyterian Church in Nashville in 1974. The organ was dedicated on October 27, 1974. The dedicationary concert was played by Henry Fusner.
- In 2002 the organ has been overhauled. A additional electric stop action was installed with a modern combination system.
