- Charles Mutin built a residence organ (Orgue de Salon) for Claude Duboscq (1897-1938), who lived in Onesse-et-Laharie, Landes in France. The organ was a present by his father Antoine Duboscq and could be inaugurated on January 21, 1920.
- When Claude Duboscq died on May 2nd, 1938, the organ was put for sale. It was bought in 1939 by Marius Monnikendam, composer and organist in the Netherlands. The instrument was installed in the concert room of the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, but it remained in the possession of Monnikendam.
- He sold the instrument in 1955 to the parish church of Saint-Martin in Wihr-au-Val. This church was largely destroyed in World War II (on June 18, 1940), with the organ of Joseph et Martin Bergäntzel also lost. The organ was relocated in Wihr-au-Wal in 1955 and could be dedicated on August 28, 1955. After a restoration by Alfred Kern under the advice of Albert Schweitzer in 1956 and 1957, it was put into use here. The organ was restored again in 1995 by Richard Dott.
