- Grant, Degens & Bradbeer built a new three-manual organ for New College Chapel in 1969. The instrument has a modern organ case, designed by George Pace. David Lumsden was the building consultant. John Bailey carried out a revision in 1985/1986. In addition, the intonation has been thoroughly revised and of different mixtures one choir has been stopped. The organ is further tuned in a disproportionately floating temperament according to Thomas Young.
- The organ from 1969 replaced an instrument from Hill from 1875, with a neo-gothic organ case, designed by Gilbert Scott. This instrument was radically rebuilt in 1926 by Rushworth & Dreaper. It still contained nine stop by Robert Dallam, from the old organ of the chapel from 1663. This pipe work was saved in 1969.
