- Von Beckerath built a large organ for Saint Paul's Cathedral in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1962. Gustav Haake designed the prospect.
- The instrument was restored in 2009 by the company Taylor & Boody. In addition, the original electropneumatic register action has been replaced by a new, completely electrical, including a modern combination system. 22 pipes of the Principal 32' have been renewed because the old ones collapsed.
