The organ was built in 1919 for the Église Saint-Léon church in Le Havre. It was heavily damaged by bombing in 1941. The Costa-Duval company restored the organ in 1945 and also expanded it. The Église Saint-Léon was closed and demolished in 1987. The organ was placed in Sainte-Marie in 1988 by Adrien Maciet. The Sainte-Marie was in a dilapidated state and was demolished in October 1998. The organ was dismantled and after the construction of a new church it was transferred to this building. It was completed in 2000. During the build-up, the stop list has been modified.
