Alfred Kern built an organ in 1966 for the Chapelle Saint-Thomas in Le Havre. After the chapel closed in 2003, the organ was overhauled by Philippe Hartmann and transferred to the Église Saint-Joseph. The organ was inaugurated here on September 25, 2005 with a concert by André Caplet.
