- The Flentrop company installed a new organ in 2004 in the church hall of the Leeuwarden Medical Center. It was officially opened on November 23, 2004. Jos van der Kooy was the guest organist, who together with oboist Hanneke Ramselaar played the inauguration concert.
- The organ had a number of spare places on the chests. In 2019 three stops were installed by Flentrop. On October 30, 2019, these stops were inaugurated with a concert by Simon Bouma, together with Johan Siemensma on the grand piano, and by Dick Koomans.
