- On 27 April 1979 a new organ was put into use in the Reformed Church of Sint-Michielsgestel. The instrument was built by Jan Hoogenes under the advice of Jan Bonefaas. This also took care of the organ playing during the commissioning. The organ case is decorated with wood carvings by Tolé from Elspeet.
- There has previously been a harmonium in the church, set up behind a false front. This was later removed and replaced by an electronic organ on a gallery.
- The organ was renovated in the first months of 2020 by Pels & Van Leeuwen. They cleaned everything, revoiced the pipework and the windchest were improved. The composition Mixture was modified. The organ was taken in use again during a Sunday service on March 1st, 2020. Gert-Jan Westerhof played the organ at this occasion.
