- In 1911/1912 Steenkuyl built a new organ for the New Side Chapel. The front was designed by the restoration architect of the building. The organ was inaugurated on October 25, 1912.
- The organ case was restored in 1936 because it was affected by woodworm. The company Steenkuyl & Recourt cleaned and reinstalled the pipework. The work was completed in August 1936.
- In 1950 Bik placed a Sharp on the Swell. The building has not been used for church services for a long time. The church was rented out as a mosque for several years. At the end of 2007 it was sold to a private foundation, which converted the complex into the Amsterdam Dungeon. The fate of the organ is unknown.
