On May 26, 1963, a new organ was dedicated in the Pius X Church, Jacob Geelstraat 44 in Amsterdam-Slotervaart. Bernard Bartelink played the organ on this occasion, including the variations on "Veni Creator Spiritus" by Maurice Duruflé. The church closed in 2007. The organ was dismantled and stored by Adema. The church building was demolished in 2008.
In 2022, the organ was rebuilt by Adema in the Sint Willibrordus Church in Wassenaar. It was placed in the organ case that was present there. The pedal of the old organ in Wassenaar has also been used, the rest of this instrument has been dismantled and stored. The renewed console was modernized with a digital connection. The renewed organ was consecrated on November 6, 2022. Rien Calis played the instrument on this occasion.
The original organ in Wassenaar dated from 1907 and was built by Jos H. Vermeulen for the firm Ypma & Co. It was converted and expanded in 1958 by the company P.C. Bik (Arie Bik) from Leiden. In addition, the pedal compass has been increased from 27 keys (C-d') to 30 keys (C-f') and the disposition and the facade have been modified. The interior of this organ has been removed and stored at Adema. The front pipes are taken from this organ, as well as the Trumpet 8' from 1907 and the pedal. The Bassoon-Oboe dates from 1925, and comes from the Adema organ of the Sint Vincentius a Paolo Church in Amsterdam, that had been dismantled in 1989.
