Vestigingsplaats
ca. 1895Würzburg

Martin Josef Schlimbach (1841-1914) took over the workshop from his father Balthasar in 1873. His own son Alfred (born March 1, 1875) became a partner around 1895. Since then, work has been carried out under the name Martin Schlimbach & Sohn. The company moved to Sieboldstraße 5 in 1902. From around 1910, only organs with pneumatic actuators were built. Alfred took charge in 1913. His father died on April 12, 1914. After the First World War, the company was in serious trouble. It never got off to a good start after that. During a bombing raid on March 16, 1945, the business premises were destroyed. Alfred Schlimbach died on December 30, 1952 in Würzburg.
