Compagnonschap van Thomas Hall (1794-1874) en John Labagh (1810-1892). Zij bleven samenwerken tot 1872, toen Hall zich terugtrok. Hierna werd James L. Kemp (1827-1891) compagnon van Labagh en droeg het bedrijf de naam Labagh & Kemp.
