Ålems Orgelverkstad AB is an organ builder, located between Ålem and Blomstermåla in Mönsterås municipality, Småland. The company has been active since 1984, when it was founded by Sune Fondell. In 2005, Ålem's Organ Workshop was taken over by Lennart Olofsgård, who had worked at the company since 1990. Lennart continued to run the workshop in the same good spirit and with the same organ building principles as previously used.
In the summer of 2021, Andreas Hjalmarsson, who previously worked as a church musician and piano/organ technician, took over the company. Today, the organ builder is also active and has a branch on the west coast, with business premises in Rolfstorp, in the municipality of Varberg.
