Friedrich Ernst Ladegast first worked with his father in the company for some time. In 1883 he emigrated to Australia. He worked there, among others, with Charles Richardson in Sydney and William G. Rendall. Between 1908 and 1914 he built some organs under his own name. After 1919 he moved from Sydney to Griffith. Here he died in 1937.
