- Lomma Kyrka's organ was built in 1957 by Mårtensson behind the 1878 front by Salomon Molander. A number of ranks has also been taken over. The old organ had fourteen registers, the new one has twenty-one stops.
- In 2010, Åkerman & Lund built a new three-manual organ behind the Molander front. The pipework is English, and was made in 1896 by Henry Willis & Sons for an organ in the Church of Saint John the Evangelist in London-Penge. This was a three-manual organ with 38 stops. It was rebuilt in 1922 by J.W. Walker & Sons. In 1977 it was replaced by another organ and sold to Oslo. The new organ has a free-standing console on the church floor.
