  • In 1795 a new parish church was consecrated in Buch, dedicated to the apostles Peter and Paul. Around 1865 the building was enlarged. There was an old organ, originating from Wolfurt, which was placed in the church in 1835. In 1890 this instrument was replaced by a new organ by Anton Behmann. It was a small organ with seven stops, mechanical action and cone chests.
  • The church interior was renovated in 1980, the furniture largely renewed. The old organ was also replaced. In 1983 the company Gebrüder Mayer completed a new mechanical organ with slider chests, two manuals and twelve registers. The Behmann organ was taken over by Mayer and later placed in the Église Saint-Nicolas in Montbonnot-Saint-Martin. Consultant during the construction of the Mayer organ was Günter Fetz. Lilian Knünz made the woodcarvings. The organ was dedicated December 11, 1983.
