- The Zwölf-Apostel-Kirche is the main church of the Protestant Gemeinde in Frankenthal. The church building was built in 1822 in classical style. An organ was built in 1832 by Wilhelm Friedrich Overmann, which was replaced in 1899 by a new organ by Walcker. The organ was installed in the organ case of Overmann.
- Walcker converted and expanded the organ in 1932. Church and organ were lost by bombing in 1943.
