- In 1779 Johann Ignaz Seuffert built an organ for the Sankt Cyriakuskirche in Eppstein. The organ had eleven registers, nine on the manual and two on the pedal. In 1888 it was transferred to the Sankt Martinskirche in Einselthum. The transfer has been carried out by Schmidt from Kirchheimbolanden.
- In 1970 the organ in Einselthum was replaced by a harmonium. The organ was damaged by vandalism and was dismantled and stored by Wolfgang Scherpf in 1971. The plan was to restore the organ and place it as a study organ in the Bischöfliches Kirchenmusikalisches Institut in Speyer. A design was made for an extension with a second manual and an enlargement of the pedal compass. These plans did not receive approval from monument conservation authorities.
- The organ now remained in storage. On the initiative of Johannes Dörr, a plan was made in 1991 for relocation in Eppstein. Under the advice of Gero Kaleschke and Christoph Keggenhoff, the organ was reconstructed by Vleugels Orgelbau in 1996-1997 and placed in the Sankt Cyriakuskirche.
