The organ in the church of Puumala was built in 1898 by Jens Alexander Zachariassen. In 1925 it was converted and expanded by Kangasala. This company built a new organ behind the old facade in 1961-1962. Eighteen registers have been taken over from the previous organ. The instrument was delivered in July 1962.
