Demolished? (1921?)

In November 1864, a new extension of the prison in Copenhagen was inaugurated, especially for women. From 1870 on the entire building was used as a women's prison. The building remained in use until March 29, 1928, when all prisoners were transferred to Vestre Fængsel. A church belonged to the prison, which was dedicated on November 6, 1864. In this church stood a small organ, supplied by Frederik Hoffmann Ramus, with four stops. It is not known how long this organ was in use. The church space was sold in 1921 and converted into mansions.
