The village church of Sohland am Rotstein was designed by Carl August Schramm. The church building was inaugurated in 1844. Carl Friedrich Buckow built the organ for the new church. It is a two manual organ with 21 stops. In 2015 Ekkehart Groß carried out a restoration.
